      Lifestyle is a condition that separates humans from other animals.  We live our lives through lifestyle.  Lifestyle refers to the state of food health, manners, dress, longevity, etc.


     Longevity depends on our longevity and good health.


      In our various articles, we call diet-based healthy eating and healthy living patterns lifestyle.  At present people are very interested in the lifestyle.



 What should the lifestyle be like:


       Our daily life depends on how we live, what we eat, how our minds are.  That is what some studies say.  These studies offer several tips for living a healthy and long life.


         We need to wake up early in the morning and walk for at least 30 minutes.  Daily life should start with walking first.


      Regular exercise, yoga and pranayam are required in the lifestyle.  Exercise, yoga, pranayam, if we practice these regularly, our body stays healthy and longevity can be achieved.  So they need to be adhered to as part of the lifestyle.

       

         The right lifestyle means the right life, good health and longevity.  So we have to avoid some unnecessary things in our lifestyle.  Lifestyle Tea, coffee, sugary foods, salt, and those who have high cholesterol should avoid fatty foods.  Longevity can be gained by avoiding these things in life.


      Identifies common eating habits for living a healthy lifestyle.  It indicates our daily food list.  Identifies which foods are acceptable and which foods are not acceptable.


         We should use easily digestible green vegetables in our daily life. And we have been told to avoid fish, meat, oil, spices etc.  It revives and prolongs life.  If fish-meat, oil-spices are used or eaten more in our lifestyle then our body gets old very fast.  So we should eliminate them in our lifestyle.


       Adequate sleep is the most important part of our lifestyle. Irregular eating habits, lack of walking or physical activity, nervousness, gadget dependence, above all, the busyness of online and offline life, many people have trouble sleeping.


    

     We need 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day in our lifestyle.  Insomnia creates many complications.  Sleep is reduced when the body is deficient in vitamin D.  Vitamin D replenishes the part of the brain that acts as a sleep aid.



 How lifestyle helps us to live:


      Life is a state that separates an organism from inanimate matter and a dead state. Activities like food intake, metabolism, reproduction, circulation etc. indicate the presence of life.  Our lifestyle is needed to feel the presence of this life well.


       If we do not follow the right way of life, various diseases and illnesses will shrink our lives.  It is possible to have a healthy and long life by choosing the right diet and lifestyle. We will follow a lifestyle that is full of confidence to have a long life.


      In the present age, people are becoming more and more attached to medicine instead of healthy eating habits.  Which completely changes the lifestyle of the person. A healthy lifestyle refers to the habit of living a healthy life.


      

        

     Longevity is not under the control of any person.  However, living a healthy life can lead to a long life. But we do not know exactly what kind of lifestyle to live a long life.



      Various studies have shown that those who can control their weight in their life live longer than others.  And their illness is less.



      Our lives depend on our lifestyle.  If our lifestyle is healthy then we can fill our life with happiness and prosperity.  Longevity or longevity depending on the way of life.
