The heart is one of the most important organs in our body.  As long as the heart is active, we will be healthy.  Closing the heart means our body is dead.

But nowadays heart problems have multiplied all over the world. Many of us have the idea that chest pain means heart problems.  However, many heart patients do not have chest pain.

There are various problems in the heart.  But the danger is only if there is a problem in the heart.  So always try to keep the heart healthy and normal.

It is not just adults who suffer from heart disease.  At present heart problems are seen well at a young age.  Heart problems are not calculated by age nowadays.

One of the most important causes of heart problems at an early age is the type of work, excessive trace and tension in the workplace, smoking, irregular eating and some bad habits.

Various studies have shown that women are more likely to have heart disease than men.  Women should therefore take more care of their bodies.

Heart problems mean that the blood supply to the heart slows down due to the accumulation of fat in the arteries that supply blood to the heart.  In addition, there may be a leak or blockage in the heart. As a result, if we do a little heavy work, we can get shortness of breath and chest pain.

Sometimes there can be heart problems without any pain in the chest, so it is not very clear if there is a heart problem.

  Why heart problems occur:

Currently, environmental pollution can lead to heart problems.  In addition, unhealthy lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits, bad habits, excessive stress, tension, traces, smoking, excessive drinking, etc. can cause heart problems.

In addition, most diabetics die prematurely from a heart attack.  Excess cholesterol, excess weight, physical inactivity or hereditary, genetic, etc. can cause heart problems.

If you feel tired most of the day, then you understand that your heart is having problems.

Some medications can cause heart problems as a side effect if taken without a doctor's advice.

Symptoms of a heart problem include:

    A) Most of the time if there is a problem in the heart, there is pressure in the chest, which lasts for more than a few minutes.  The pain goes away occasionally, coming back again.  An uncomfortable pressure and shaking are felt.  Then you have to understand that there is a problem in the heart.

If you have chest pain like this, again and again, you must consult a doctor, and have an ECG to see if there is any problem in the heart.

 B) If you have heart problems, if you work a little hard, you will sweat extra.  And the body will feel uncomfortable.

 C) Multiple studies have shown that most heart attacks are due to indigestion and gastrointestinal problems.  Heartburn, which many of us ignore as a normal indigestion problem, can also be a sign of a heart attack.  In addition, do not neglect dizziness, nausea and vomiting for no apparent reason.  These can be signs of heart problems.

 D) Not only chest pain but also pain in some other special parts of the body can be a sign of heart problems.  In addition, the upper abdomen, shoulders, back, neck, teeth and jaw, and the hut in the left arm, excessive pain or feeling of pressure or numbness, etc. are symptoms of heart problems.

 E) Not being able to walk for a long time: Do you get tired after walking for 5 minutes?  I don't think I can do any physical exercise anymore.  Feeling the tension in the veins of the legs.  All of these symptoms, however, point to heart problems.

Irregular heartbeats can lead to heart problems.

 If all these symptoms are noticeable;

I have to go to the heart department in the hospital.  If someone has a heart problem, they should go to the hospital immediately.  The treatment should be started as per the advice of the doctors. Because, the first hour after a heart attack is the golden hour, which means that if the doctor can take the emergency treatment in the hospital during this period, it is almost possible to ensure the life of the patient.

     Chest tightness, fainting,

If you see such problems, there are non-invasive tests to diagnose the disease first.  There are some tests like ECG, echocardiogram, treadmill or exercise tolerance test, these tests can confirm whether there is any problem in the heart.  Or whether there is muscle or bone pain from any subject.

To get rid of heart problems:

You should drink hot water on an empty stomach regularly every morning.  Hot water lowers cholesterol.  Helps to lose weight fast.

High calorie and fatty foods should be avoided.  Excess salt should also be avoided.  Don't smoke at all.  Develop a balanced diet.

You need to check your blood pressure regularly, check your blood sugar, keep in touch with your doctor and be aware of any heart problems.  There is no such thing as having symptoms all the time.

Blood sugar should be controlled.  Blood pressure must be controlled.  Check your blood fat levels regularly and take anti-fat medication if necessary.

A small change in habits can change lives.  Can keep the heart of the body healthy.  For this, some habits have to be given up, and some have to be welcomed.

The most important thing is to change your eating habits and be aware of food.  Promises are needed to build good habits.  Proper-healthy eating, regular exercise — these habits should be developed in children as well as in the family.

Walk or do any exercise for at least 50 minutes daily to keep your heart healthy.  Increase physical exertion.  Control the weight.  Especially try to reduce belly fat.
