    The mind does not want to study at all!  This problem is observed in many of us.

  When I sit down to read and look at the pages of a book, I suddenly feel unbearable.


       There is a saying, -

  'Study that he rides a horse in a car'.

   As a child, my parents used to read this proverb to us.  However, later on, when we sit down to read, various thoughts come to our minds.  As a result, the study is no more.


       Studying is annoying!  Other times sleep does not come, it is not known where sleep comes from while reading.  The mind does not want to read;  however, if I sit down to read forcibly, then after studying for a while, it doesn't feel good.  Reading becomes distracting.


        While reading, I think I look at the white wall in front of me or the window for hours, a lizard is leaning on the wall, the fan is spinning, I see these sitting, but I don't want to read.  No.

   

      Who knows where the attention disappears!  If there is concentration in a study which is onthatce read, if there is no concentration there is no benefit in reading all day long.


     You should think once and for all, your parents have jobs, they have to spend a big part of the day every day for work outside, they have to fulfil this responsibility even if they don't want to.  Because every parent wants their son to study and become a good person.


       But studying is like a job for you too! 


         So, even if the mind does not want to, the responsibility cannot be neglected.  You have to focus on your studies.


  Scientists or eminent academics have done a lot of research and come up with some scientific ways to focus on studies so that there are no more problems from now on.


       If these rules are followed, then the mind must be absorbed in the study.


  The following scientific methods of study are discussed: -


  First: - Study environment:


         Want to study, a secluded environment or a silent environment.  Where no sound reaches the ears while sitting outside to read.  If any external sound reaches the ears while reading, then reading is interrupted.  No music, family sounds, or cries of any child should reach the ears while studying.  The reading room should be secluded for him. The windows and doors should be kept closed while reading.  So that no outside sound reaches the ears.


  Secondly, keep away some distracting things in your studies: -


       Do not keep a computer, laptop, smartphone or any other electronic device or any toy in the reading room while studying.  Because these things help to distract attention while studying.  Nothing can be kept in the reading room except books, papers and pens.


  Third: Stay away from social media: -


       Every student should stay away from social media.  You need to use those hours to study without wasting hours on social media.



  Fourth: The habit of sitting in the study: -


      When you sit down to read, whether, on the floor or on a chair table, one thing to keep in mind is that the sitting posture should be correct.  You have to keep your spine straight while reading.  Do not lean forward.  It is a very bad habit not to study while sitting on the bed or lying down.


  Fifth: Get rid of bad thoughts while studying: -


        When I sat down to read with attention, after reading well for a while, suddenly a thought came to my mind and my mind shifted from reading.  So no thoughts can be kept in mind while studying.  Throw away the worries.  The mind must always be kept simple.


  Sixth: Setting goals for study: -


    Why are most of our students not paying attention to their studies?  This is not clear to them.  


  Because you don’t know why you’re walking.    Fix this goal first.  If you throw the ball aimlessly, the ball will not enter the goal post, it is normal not to focus on aimless study.


  Seventh: Routine reading: -


        Routine reading is very important for concentrating on studies.  Many people say that if you read one day, you don't want to read another day or you don't think about what you will read.  Research has shown that people who do not have routines are far behind in terms of success.  


  Eighth: Exercise: -


       Exercise or sports is very effective in increasing concentration.  However, it is not a game that will last all day.  Exercising or playing sports for 1 hour at a time throughout the day keeps the mind well and allows one to concentrate more on one's studies.  And you can schedule an afternoon for sports or exercise.  Because it is better not to study in the afternoon.


  Ninth: Study break: -


        Reading for hours on end is not very useful.  Your goal is to "learn", not to shake your head at the book!  So take a short break every forty to fifty minutes without falling for a long time.  It may be possible to push a lot of things into the brain at once, but studying like this is almost impossible!  Take a break, read with pleasure, come back once you feel tired, eat something, talk for two minutes - keep your mind fresh, you will see that everything is getting stuck in your head very fast even after a short time.


  Tenth: Exhaustion-


       Neither the exhausted mind nor the exhausted body feels good in either case.  If the body or mind is exhausted, then the study is a distant thing, it is not good to do anything.  So the body or mind has to be free from fatigue. For this, you have to drink enough water.  And take the advice of a physician.


  Here are some astrological ways to focus on your studies: -


      * Students' houses should be green or yellow.

   * The reading room should always be kept open.


     * Students have to donate things to poor children from time to time.

   * You have to eat five basil leaves every day.

   * Wooden chairs and tables should be used while reading, and there should be no glass leaves on the table.


  * Mother Saraswati, the goddess of learning, must be worshipped.  ‘Om Aang Klim Saraswatai Nama’ * This mantra has to be recited 108 times in Padmasana sitting facing Ishan.

  * If students sit facing north while studying, then concentration will increase.

  * The five-faced Hanuman must be worshipped.


  * Green sheet should be spread on the reading table.

  * Every Thursday, five kinds of sweets and five cardamoms should be placed together on a plate and offered under the Ashwattha tree in the evening.  If you do it on three consecutive Thursdays, you will get benefits.

  * Copper ring and five-faced rudraksha should be held.


  * Writing in black ink should be discarded.

  * Put a young ashwattha leaf in the notebook.

  * You don't have to sit barefoot while studying, you have to sit down to read after any clothes.

        Nowadays many students or examinees read a lot, read again and again but many cannot remember easily. They remember for a while and then forget again.  Today's blog is very important for those who can't remember to read anything.


       It is a great virtue to be able to memorize a subject once you have read or heard it and to be able to say it beautifully when you need to. 


         But when we watch a movie or read a novel or talk to friends, we remember those events, stories and even dialogues.  But when we read a book, we don't remember reading or we forget many words of the text without knowing it.


       It is normal for children not to be able to remember to read because their brains are not fully developed at this time.


     The exam is ahead but I am not thinking about what to write in the exam book, I have not finished the syllabus yet.  I don't like reading.  I will read it now or later.  Who will read today or tomorrow?  In this way, time passes and reading is no more.


     These methods are completely scientific.



 The scientific ways to remember to read are: -


 Overcoming laziness:


        When we sit down to read, we sit down to read with a strong mind that we will leave after reading everything today.  But after 10 to 15 minutes of reading, I don't like to read anymore.  As if the attention is lost somewhere. I think to stay today, I will not read tomorrow but Kala is no longer read.  In this way the twelve bells of study sound today, not tomorrow, not now, not a little later, this laziness-- this laziness must be given up.  We have to increase the strength of the mind.  I have to say to myself that I will make reading today.  Success must be found by reading with emphasis on the mind.


 Anxiety needs to be removed from the brain:


        Sitting down to remember the good, then the good-evil nonsense comes to mind a lot of worries.  And you also leave reading and start floating in the world of imagination.  No more reading, just throw away these worries.  Whenever there is anxiety, you have to throw it away.  You have to keep your mind clear.


 Keep electronic devices away from you while reading:


         Nowadays we are very accustomed to mobile phones.  We spend hours and hours with our mobiles.  But I can't do it while studying or reading.  So you have to keep your mobile away while reading.  Even the mobile should be switched off. While reading, the mobile should be removed from the mind according to the reading routine. While reading, the computer or laptop or any other electronic device should be turned off in the reading room or kept away from the reading room, because all these  Electronic devices interfere with our reading.


 Meditate before reading:


       Meditate for at least five minutes before sitting down to read.  This will keep your mind happy or the mind will be calm. If the mind is calm, it will fill the energy in reading.  How to meditate is said, sit in the lotus position then keep the spine straight, stop the rain and inhale and exhale while remembering your favourite deity and meditate for 5 minutes like this.  No other thoughts should come to mind while meditating.  Anxiety has to be given up, how to get rid of anxiety?  If you meditate, it will go away automatically. The mind will become very calm.  I like to read and remember to read for a long time.


 You need to fix yourself while reading:


       Decide for yourself when you will sit down to read. When you like to read.  Follow yourself while reading because you don't always like to read.  Or when the mind does not want to read so to increase the focus on reading, set a time to read.  Sit down to read at the time that you like the most.  Practice like this for the first few days then change something.  Then just read for a while. You can read whenever you want.  Sit down to read two to three times a day. Practice in this way. You will see that gradually reading will increase your concentration and you will remember to read.



      

 Read aloud:


          The two aspects of our brain are the subconscious mind and the unconscious mind.  The subconscious mind can remember reading for a long time. And the unconscious mind deletes the reading after a while and we forget.  When we hear something in the right ear it reaches our subconscious mind and is remembered for a long time. And what we hear in the left ear reaches the unconscious mind and we immediately forget.  Reading forcefully enters our right ear and reaches the subconscious mind and the reading is remembered for a long time.  So you have to read aloud while reading.  When read aloud, it is remembered for a long time and is easily memorized.



 Reading comprehension should be understood:


        When you read a reading, you have to understand that reading well. If you do not understand the reading, then that reading cannot collect our brain.  So reading must be understood.  I remember reading when I understand.



 Be your teacher:


       Whatever is read or after the reading is ready, that reading must be understood by oneself.  That means he has to repeat the reading himself.  If you read at home today, you have to discuss it with your classmates the next day in class or you have to explain it to your classmates.



 Written after reading:

    

       After reading or memorizing the reading, you have to write that reading in the notebook.  You have to write thinking not by looking at the book.  If you practice this way, you will remember reading for a long time. Write down whatever you learn.  Take note of these.  When written, it will quickly enter the head and do not forget easily.  Remember to read.



 Walking before sitting down to read:


     Walking or doing light exercise for at least 5 minutes before sitting at the reading table increases the capacity of the brain.  Studies have shown that walking 5 minutes before reading increases brain function by about 10 times.  Reading is easy to remember.



 Read using the concept tree:


        It is helpful to divide the chapters into several sections before reading any topic.  It can be compared to a tree.  Reading in this way helps to remember reading.


 Reading with the opposite idea:


       Learn the opposite, words and explanations of what you read to make it easier to remember.  This will make the subject permanent in your memory. Add an unknown new word, line or paragraph to the word, line or paragraph you know.

 If you read like this, you will remember to read.



 Following the teacher's classes:


       Study what the teachers in the class mean when they come home.  Take the help of books at the beginning.  And keep a highlighter or coloured ink with you while reading the book.  Do not underline the whole paragraph when highlighting.  Underline some important words.


 Divide the question and answer into several paragraphs.  Give each paragraph a title.  Write some important words or shortcuts as sub-titles in this title.  These words should be such that they give you a clear idea about the question.
