ways to brain power increase

 Ways to correct brainpower.




 Read:

      Reading books related to your business field or self-reliance will not only increase your knowledge.  Rather the brain will face the challenge of generating new thoughts, and it will be empowered.


 Course:


         No age required for reading.  Take a course in the subject that you want to study, it may be an unfulfilled wish in childhood and you may not have been able to do it at that time.  This way you can stimulate the brain to become more active as well as eager to learn something.


 Do things differently:


         Do things differently if you want to increase brain function.  If you can’t do everything the other way around but you keep a handkerchief or pocket in yourself then start putting it in the right pocket.  If you wear a watch on your left hand, start wearing it on your right hand.  Wear your rings on different fingers.  You may feel that you are feeling a little easier in this changed state. This is the moment when you are stimulating the brain to do something different.


 Sitting on your back:


       This is a technique that opens up the nervous system.  Sitting upside down in the same way that a professor punishes a student in the class.  This activates the acupuncture point at the base of the ear, stimulating the nerve pathway.  Hold the right ear with the left hand and the left ear with the right hand.  Now bend your knees, stand and sit.  Inhale while bending down, exhale while standing.  Repeat this for five consecutive minutes.  The EEG scan report shows that this increases the difference between the right and left sides of the brain.



 Drinking water:


        Brain cells contain 85 per cent water.  Thus the functioning of the brain depends on water.  It could also be that you are not very old or delusional, you just need to drink more water.  Studies have shown that a long-term lack of water causes brain cells to shrink.  Water is very important for the brain. Hunger and thirst for water also point you to the needs of the brain.  If you do not drink enough water, you may start to eat more and more because your body needs water.

     Whenever you are hungry, drink water first, maybe you are not hungry.


 Exercises for brain points:

      Open one hand in such a way that there is enough space between the thumb and forefinger.  Place the flattened bone, the breastbone, on either side of your ribs, just below your index finger and thumb.  Put light pressure on it.  At that time place the navel under the belly of the other elephant.  Apply light pressure on all these points for two minutes.  Improving blood flow to the brain will increase its activity.  This will help in improving the concentration techniques required for reading and understanding the increased blood flow.


 Hand and knee exercises:


        Stand or sit.  When lifting the left knee, place the right hand on it. Then place the left hand while lifting the right knee.  Swing yourself in such a way that it feels like you are parading.  Do it sitting or standing for up to a minute.  This will correct the attachment of the right and left parts of the brain.  Exercising the initial flow in both hemispheres will help to get a higher level of concentration.


 Ankle and finger exercises:


        Stand or sit.  Fold the wrist of the right hand near the ankle of the left foot.  Place your right wrist on the left wrist in such a way that the fingers are on top of the right wrist.  With the elbows bent outwards, bring the fingers inwards and comfortably rest in the middle of the chest, staying in this posture.  Keep the ankle bones and wrists in this posture and breathe for a few minutes.  You will then feel calm and relaxed enough.


      Exercises such as drawing, painting, crosswords and sudoku also increase brain function.
